Covid-19 Update

From the 14th September we will now be able to accept groups of up to 6 people from a mix of households.

We also have the precautions below in place to make your visit as safe as possible:

  • We have installed hand sanitizer units in different areas, and all players will be required to sanitize their hands on entry.
  • Groups can be up to 6 people from a mix of households, or up to 7 from the same household.
  • We require all groups to arrive ON TIME for their booking – if you arrive more than 5 minutes early you may need to wait outside while we take another group into their game.
  • Our members of staff will be required to wear a face mask at all times, and we request all players follow government guidance regarding face coverings.
  • We have staggered the start times of our three available games so that groups don’t come into contact with any other outside groups.
  • We have spaced our weekend games out so we have ample time to thoroughly clean items in the games.

We still want all players to have a great time, and feel the above rules can be implemented without affecting the experience!

To All Testers,

RE: Letter from our Chief Operations Operator (C.O.O), Jimmy Thomsett

Howdy! Jimmy Thomsett here, C.O.O for Project Unescapable, a top secret branch of Tetrhea. It is our responsibility to test the highly volatile and potentially dangerous time portals that Tetrhea has been developing and we need you! – Let’s face it, I’m not doing it!

Is there a team that you can muster together? Preferably one that is highly skilled in communication and equipped with common sense, logical and critical thinking. If not, come anyway, as long as you can function as a human being, you’re in!

The highly volatile and potentially dangerous time portals will transport you somewhere in the fabric of time – you will have an hour to conduct your research and complete your mission before you return to the present. If you get back in time, great, well done you! – Go home and celebrate, if you’re lucky we might even break out the pineapple and cheese sticks. If you fail to return in time, well, lets cross that interstellar wormhole when we get to it.

We look forward to welcoming you to our facility as we work together to achieve something incredible for humanity.

Jimmy.

J Thomsett

Oh, P.S. as this is a top secret facility we operate under the cover of an “Escape Room Business” so our site has been subtly altered to make sure we don’t blow our cover.

Time Portals

Escape Rooms

Well, it looks like our time travelling days might be coming to an end; we’re down to the last crystal that powers our time engine! We’re usually in touch with some space age time travelers from the future that will send a couple of crystals back now and then (nice of them right?), but we’ve not heard from them in a while… Luckily we have just enough power left to send you to the future to find out what’s going on for us and hopefully snag a couple of crystals on the way!

When we first open a time portal we send one of our scientists back to make sure everything is ok and it is all safe and stable – we sent Edith, but unfortunately she hasn’t returned… We’ve now lost communication with her, but we do know that she was trying to shut the portal down when something stopped her. We need your team to finish the job – we would go ourselves but we’re too scared.

We need to test that this portal works properly, we’re pretty sure that it does but we just need to be certain! From what we can gather Tommy has landed somewhere in the midst of the Western Front in 1917. There is a very significant chance the slight possibility that the portal could break when you go through (but it probably won’t don’t worry) If it does, don’t panic, your team are just going to have to fix the time portal before the bridge collapses and you’re trapped in the past forever.

Alan was always someone we could rely on, he’d be at work super early every shift, was always happy to stay late if we needed him to, and if you could look past his obsession with pirates then he seemed like a very normal guy. Unfortunately, he’s not turned up for work two days in a row and he isn’t returning our calls, and we suspect he’s responsible for a very important manual going missing. We think it’s our duty as responsible employers to do something …so we want to ask you for a favour
